Description:Position Summary:Accounting clerk will be responsible for depositing checks into the bank each day, following up on non-sufficient checks returned from bank, verifying deposits to bank reports, maintaining excel spreadsheets for cash, preparing end-of-month reports, assisting in running end-of-month reports, billing miscellaneous items. Primary Responsibilities: Process deposits by machine. Miscellaneous billings. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain excel spreadsheets for cash. File journal entries in binders. Run reports at end of month. Minimum Requirements: High School Graduate or equivalent required 3-5 years job related experience preferred Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred Written and verbal communication skills are preferred Math skills and detail accuracy are a requirement for this position Organizational and prioritizing skills required » Please quote Get Accounting Clerk Jobs when applying
